What the app and this site are

A daily log for the kitchen's good-practice records, with the day's report for the owner, and two browser tools that apply the same rules.

Records, not a certificate

The app keeps records and checklists. It does not replace the written sanitation plan, the health authority's visits or a professional's advice.

Limits and settings

The fridge and hot-holding limits come from Resolución 2674 de 2013, art. 18. The freezer's −18 °C, the oil rule and the frequencies are settings.

The tools on this site

They work in your browser on what you type and keep nothing when you leave the page.

Staff

The app keeps only initials. It is not for medical certificates or health records.

Your data

Records in the app stay on the phone. A report carries only what the privacy policy describes (Ley 1581 de 2012).
