What the app does

It keeps the kitchen's temperature readings, deliveries, cleaning, fryer oil, pest control, water tank, waste and training records, shows what is due and writes the day's report. It has no internet permission.

A closed stainless drawer

What the app stores on the phone

The kitchen's units, fryers and cleaning tasks with their settings; each record with its date, time, values, notes and the initials of whoever made it; the name for reports and the owner's email.

The records

They stay on the phone until they are deleted. The app sends nothing by itself.

A closed fridge door

No personal or health data of staff

The app keeps only initials. It does not keep names, documents, medical certificates or any health data of the staff.

What a report holds

The day's readings with their actions, deliveries, cleaning done and pending, fryer oil events and the programs done or due, with the initials of whoever made each record.

A plain envelope on a counter

How a report is shared

Through apps chosen on the phone: the share sheet (for example WhatsApp) or the email app. Those apps handle the message under their own terms.

Bowls with tomatoes on a steel kitchen counter

What Brosty does with the reports

It uses them to supervise the kitchen's good practices and to show the records to the health authority when asked, and keeps them as long as that requires.
