Every unit against its limit
Fridges at 6 °C or colder, freezers at their setting, hot holding above 60 °C; a reading out of range asks for the action.
Deliveries
Supplier, what came, the temperature of chilled goods, the packaging and whether it was accepted.
Cleaning tasks
The sanitation plan's tasks by area, daily, weekly or monthly, ticked when done, with Undo.
Fryer oil and programs
Oil changed, filtered or topped up; pest control, water tank, waste review and training with their next date.
The day's report
In Spanish for the owner, through WhatsApp, email or a copy. No account and no internet permission.
On the phone
What stays where
Everything stays on the phone. The app has no internet permission and keeps only the initials of whoever made each record; no names, documents or health data of the staff.
A report leaves the phone only when someone shares, emails or copies it.
